Local full time professional management for maintenance, repairs and any issues that arise. We do our own lawn care and plowing so we can ensure our tenants get timely plowing in a snowstorm.

Landlord pays for trash, plowing, water, lawn care. Tenant pays for heat and electricity. Landlord and employment references required, as well as credit/background check and income of 3x the monthly rent.

First month, last month in advance, and security deposit required upon signing the lease. Deposits can be made in person when lease is signed or online, but future monthly rent payments using our online system is preferred. It is convenient and free of charge.
